Self love, is the perfect relationship. This is one school of life that requires conscious decision and an intention to become happy and lead a fulfilled life. Before any meaningful relationship can start a person’s life self love is paramount. 

Self- esteem plays a big role in this journey self romance. Some time ago I was talking to a friend, she was devastated after her marriage failed and her son was the constant reminder of a wild romance go bad. After two other attempts on the love clinic she  made up her mind not to love again. Her self esteem was shattered, she just existed. It took her six month of guiding and counseling sessions to make her realize that her happiness was in her hands.

When you make a decision to love yourself, all you  want, is to  be lively. You accept that you are responsible for the joy in your life and decide live a fulfilling life. This is the time you tell yourself “The only person who can pull me down is myself, and I'm not going to let myself pull me down anymore.”( C. JoyBell C.)

When you are feeling low and you just don’t want to love any more just Let Go Of Worry and Eliminate Self Criticism. By doing so you will be...

 Falling in love with yourself. This  does not mean that your shortcomings will change  instead, you are being gentle and kind to yourself despite all your “flaws”. Look in the mirror and fall in love with the reflection that is You.

Always be Kind, Positive and Acknowledge Your Effort. This will help you develop self trust and self forgiveness. Asking God for guidance is paramount as it helps you grow spiritually. By making positive affirmation in your life, your self confidence will be boosted.

When you just relax, Look after Your Body and have fun, you will see beauty in everything and also see beauty in yourself. This may take time but with some effort and commitment. You can fill the void and sprout to a whole new life.  Just tell yourself “the best love I am giving me” and it will flow to the rest.
